Royal Park Hotel Takamatsu Joins the Solare Hotels & Resorts Franchise2009.11.27

(Tokyo – November 27, 2009) Solare Hotels & Resorts Co. Ltd. (Head Office: Minato Ward, Tokyo; President & CEO: A. G. Virili; http://www.solarehotels.com/english/) has secured a franchise agreement for the Royal Park Hotel Takamatsu Annex through an agreement with the current management company, Anabuki Enterprise Co. Ltd. (Head Office: Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture; President: Hideo Kojima). After renovations are completed, the property will re-open as Chisun Inn Takamatsu in early March 2010, becoming the 56th Chisun brand hotel in Japan.
Chisun Inn Takamatsu will be the second hotel in Shikoku, following the recently opened Chisun Inn Marugame Zentsuji on November 9th. Takamatsu city is the main gateway, as well as the hub of administration, economy and culture of Shikoku. Chisun Inn Takamatsu is conveniently located near business districts in Takamatsu and numerous tourist attractions, including Kotohira Shrine and Yashima Island, a flat-topped mountain with significant historical importance that commands a spectacular view of the Seto Inland Sea, attracting thousands of visitors. As the second property in Shikoku, under the concept of the “smart economy hotel,” Chisun Inn Takamatsu will strive to offer affordable stays, and breakfast, that target both business and leisure travelers alike, with services which exceed guest expectations.
